ABB X Shamrock Sales

Background

Shamrock Sales is an independent sales organisation that assists in bringing on new customers for their clients. One of their most prominent (which they used Prospect AI to support) is ABB Group, a Swedish-Swiss, publicly-traded company that provides various software solutions for the manufacturing industry.

Challenges: Finding the right leads

Before using Prospect AI, Shamrock previously went after pre-existing accounts with ABB in their CRM to engage with and generally didn't engage net-new leads. Jason Corcoran (District Manager) and Brycen Tole (Inside Sales Manager) realised that there was still opportunity in net-new to engage new potential clients.

The problem however, is that this was going to be a very time-consuming activity to generate leads for net-new outreach.

Finding Engineers with Prospect AI

By adopting Prospect AI to handle all of their lead generation, Shamrock Sales was able to spend all of their time on outreach and converting engineers over to ABB's various products.

They managed to get their outbound motion into gear without spending multiple hours a week finding new leads, helping to uncover more than 10 new opportunities in their target demographic.
