Fight Forward Digital is a provider of Voice AI solutions, helping businesses automate and improve how they handle phone conversations. Their offering is particularly well suited to industries where inbound calls directly impact revenue and client acquisition.

At the time of working with Prospect AI, Fight Forward Digital was looking to enter the legal market by targeting law firms. While the product was well defined, the company had no prior experience running outbound campaigns and needed a reliable way to start sales conversations without building a sales operation from scratch.
